platform and can browse through profiles freely. No approval process.

Registration & Membership
How do I sign up?
Signing up is simple and straightforward:
1. Visit hannasconnect.com or download the mobile app.
2. Fill in the registration form with honest, complete answers to all questions.
3. Choose your profile picture from the images provided.
4. Make your non-refundable, non-transferable payment of 3,000 KSH for 180 days access.
Once payment is received and all registration questions are completed, your account will be activated immediately - no
approval process, no delays.

Can I delete my account?
Yes. If you wish to delete your account, simply send an email to support@hannasconnect.com, and we'll remove it.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel by emailing support@hannasconnect.com. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.Hanna's Connect -

Can I change my profile info?
No. Profiles cannot be edited after registration. If you need help, email support@hannasconnect.com.

Privacy & Safety

How is my privacy protected?
Profiles and chats are visible only to members. Your personal information is secure and will not be shared with anyone.
However, chats are not end-to-end encrypted - platform admins can view conversations to ensure safety and rule
compliance.

Matching & Messaging
How do I find matches?
You can search for potential matches using a detailed search tool, which filters by tribe, religion, education level, age,
parental status, and more.

Can I message anyone?
No. You must send a Request of Interest first. If accepted, you can message them directly. If rejected, you cannot
contact that person further.

Will I be notified if someone accepts or rejects my Request of Interest?
Yes. You'll receive a notification once your request is either accepted or rejected.

Rules & Violations
What happens if I break the rules?
Zero tolerance policy. If you break the rules (e.g., harassment, disrespectful behavior), your account will be permanently
deleted without warning and without a refund.

Profile Pictures
What are the rules for profile pictures?
Hanna's Connect is an anonymous platform. Users do not upload their own images. Instead, you select one profile picture from a set of images provided during sign-up. This maintains privacy while encouraging genuine connections.

Additional Features
Can I access my account on multiple devices?
Yes. You can log into your account on different devices (e.g., mobile, desktop).

What should I do if I forgot my password?
Simply request a password reset. A new password will be sent to your registered email.
What if I meet someone and want to leave the platform early?
